- Tooth and Claw deals pure damage.
- The debuff last 3 seconds and all current debuff's durations are refreshed on every application.
- Multiple instances of Tooth and Claw increase the damage per stack.
- Unlike most items, this generates mana.

- Alliance items no longer have an inherent Tier and are in their own Alliance category.
- Bleed damage per stack changed from 10 to 7/10/13
- Fixed not stacking correctly.
