Tiny picks up a random adjacent enemy, and launches it at the farthest enemy target. At impact, the target deals [100/200/300] damage to all enemies 1 cell away and stuns them for [1.5/2/2.5] seconds.  Cooldown: [10.0/8.0/6.0] seconds
