You cannot be offered another copy of this item once you've acquired it.
Prior October 24, 2019 Patch: Fall From Grace is currently the only way to recieve the third tier of the Heartless Alliance bonus. This is due to only 5 Heartless heroes being available.
You cannot get the Human Alliance bonus after getting this item.
