Effect	Attack target loses 3 Armor.

Blight Stone is a Tier One item in Dota Underlords.

Blight Stone has a duration of 5 seconds.
Results in a damage increase of
- 15% against units with 0 armor
- 16% against units with 5 armor
- 13% against units with 10 armor

Fixed stacking on every hit. It will stack if different units are attacking with it.
